Summer wedding at Athol Palace.

A few weeks ago me and Kelly had the pleasure of getting Meridith ready for the gorgeous and elegantly styled wedding at Atholl Palace in Pitlochry. The sun was shining and it was actually hot so rare for Scotland! 

We actually only met Meridith a couple of days prior to the wedding as she was flying in from Nashville. Meridith wanted to keep it natural but flawless so I opted for a gently smokey eye and lovely glowing skin. Just enough to make her stand out from every day but making sure she was comfortable at the same time. 

We also created hair and make-up for Meridith's 2 bridesmaids, who happened to be her sisters, the mother of the bride, the mother of the groom, and the sister of the groom. If that wasn't enough we also managed to squeeze a couple of extra guests in who couldn't resist a bit of pampering after seeing the other girls! I know I say it a lot but my clients always seem to be the nicest people and this tribe was no different. We loved chatting with them about life in America and the differences between US and UK weddings.

A special mention to Weddings by Sara Jane as well whose absolutely brilliant organisation skills ensured that the day ran smoothly. This girl is seriously organised and offers many packages from a full planning service to a day of assistance. 

I hope to work with these lovely ladies again on future weddings!
